Rethinking —and rebuilding— the whole IT architecture, data management and web presence of the Berlin Fashion Week multiple trade-shows.

PREMIUM GROUP organises four international fashion trade-shows and innovation conferences the future of fashion in Berlin.

We started collaborating with PREMIUM GROUP in 2017, progressively enhancing the web presence and IT solutions for all their the semestral events: PREMIUM, SHOW&ORDER X PREMIUM, SEEK and #FASHIONTECH BERLIN.

For PREMIUM GROUP we created a modular and scalable intranet solution, developed on our framework YAARD, which allows the client to smoothly manage all management activities.

The YAARD-based intranet offers integrated tools for the management of 5 websites, 3 online ticketing systems, the booking for the exhibitors, a single CRM, and various other technical solutions.

The custom intranet modules are constantly evolving, following the growth of the client.

YAARD has been entirely developed by BAAKO. It is the modular hyper customisable framework that constitutes the backbone of most of our projects.

YAARD core modules used for Premium Group and its trade-shows: Users, Media, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management System (CMS), YAARD custom modules: Trade-Show VISITORS reserved area and Ticketing + CMS, Trade-Show EXHIBITORS reserved area and ticketing + CMS, EXHIBITORS applications area and back-end applications management, Business Intelligence Dashboard, VIP/guestlist management, Websites shared CMS features, ON-SITE ticketing API connection.

An organic family of relatable, yet well distinct, web identities

We have created UI and UX for the websites, for the ticketing websites and for the extranet of the exhibitors. Small adjustments of the corporate typography of the trade-shows have also contributed.

A modular design system of shared visual components has allowed a faster front-end production. The result is an organic family of distinct identities, but with recognisable traits of the owner PREMIUM GROUP.
